What is the Gospel?
The Gospel is The Good News! Jesus is the Son of God, born of a faithful virgin named Mary. He lived a completely spotless & sinless life – perfect in every way, encountered temptation and rebuked it. Jesus performed miracles through the power of the Holy Spirit. He revealed God’s truth to heretics, murderers, adulterers, liars and sinners. Jesus loved them and us enough to carry our sins to the cross.
He died and rose again three days later, demonstrating God’s supreme power and authority. Through His blood, He fulfilled the Old Covenant and brought salvation to all who believe.
Pray
Pray for Jesus to be at work in the lives of the people all around you. From your local barista, auto mechanic, librarians, waiters, and grocery store clerks, to pharmacists, florists, hair stylists, and even your local real estate agents.
Be the Light
You may not walk into every shop or service counter—but that doesn’t stop God. And don’t forget the places we sometimes overlook or avoid—liquor stores, nightclubs, casinos.
Yes, even there, God is pursuing hearts.
Planting Seeds
Wherever you are, God is already there—ready to grow something eternal. So pray boldly. Shine brightly. And plant those seeds with joy.
“And as for what fell among the thorns, they are those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by the cares and riches and pleasures of life, and their fruit does not mature. As for that in the good soil, they are those who, hearing the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patience.”
